Nice idea. I've thought of something similar, but it always ended up with different sub placement.
And you lucky bastard with the engine hoist. I had to call in 3 buddies to get my 4th order into the trunk. And we had to go through the passenger's door.

the idea just came to me. wasnt easy to pull off...... but no trunk rattle no visable subs, but hella bass.......... I tell people I have good 6x9's :lol:
bad shoulder + 200 lbs of box + 1/16 smaller then trunk opening = engine hoist to pop it out....... I call it speaker box removal tool :rofl:

there is no way on this earth that box will get stolen unless the whole car goes........ the trunk latch needs to come off to get it out, license plate needs to come off to get trunk latch off LOL all amps need to come out to its an hour + to get box out :lol:
as you can see to the weather striping needs to come off to....... ye its tight
for sure........ ye its loud...... just need an amp that can keep up :lmao:
I got some things in store for it yet...... got some carbon fiber angle (free for me... guy at work offered it up LOL) to install to the back wall to reduce flex
