Default P Channel mosfets needed

I'm working on a older Rockford fosgate punch 125.2 amp I got it from 'ebay' a while back. Someone else tried repairing but used mismatched output transistors (different date codes per pair) so I need 4 IRF9540 p channel fets. I already got 4 new IRF540's waiting to be installed. No 'IRF9540N' versions just the plane 9540. Thanks fellas

Actually looking for IRF9540 non 'N' version I was told N version of those fets won't work in Fosgate amps.

Hate to say but I'm trying to find the original part that this Rockford amp once used. Ebay has a few but not enough I need 4 of them. Don't want to use 'vishay' brand haha.

Or can I do this? Use one pair 9540's while the other pair of 9540's are a different date code but are both matching. While both pairs of IRF540's are all matching date codes. Cause I'm thinking about just buyin those two IRF9540's from ebay and then purchasing another pair from a different seller. Will there be any problems running it bridged??

The problem with that, most semiconductor manufacturers have been bought and sold or the name just changed.
