Well right now I've been looking at amps, and this looks to be the best one for what I need. But the question is, will it be good for daily system? Now bare with me, but I don't know EVERYTHING I will have at the time of getting my amps. But I do know which subs I'll have. Now I won't ever play it more than 3/4 of the way up for more than 20-25 seconds. Here's an idea of what I'm thinking for electrical:

1 - Mechman 250 Amp alt.
6 - D3100's
2 - D3100's upfront
Lots of 2/0 gauge

Subs:
4 - Custom MadMax motors with 12" SuperHeavyWeight Re-Cones, dual spider.

So give me your opinions! Thanks.

for daily you need more then 6 d3100's. I have 480 ah on my sd 8k for daily

didn't he say 6 3100's in the back and two up front = 8 3100's. This should be sufficient for daily, maybe some more alts if anything.

yeah, dual/triple alts would work better.

and he also said it would be at no more then 3/4 vol for 30 sec which means,,, about 1/2 vol if that all the time,, you shold be fine batt wise,, but would do a second alt

I don't know if the 2nd alternator would fit, it's a S10 Xtreme.

Hello

We recommend 100Ah for each 1000W. (you can include your alternator capacity here, considering you run the system with it on)

Some people think that this is too much, but this is what electricity laws say, we can't do anything about it.

70Ah for each 1000W will be the minimum, but even if you have the real minimum if you add the amount required to reach the recommendation you will notice stronger, tighter and lower bass.

SD16kD as all the other amps is a daily designed amplifier, works from 8 to 18V (charging up to 20V), have a truly PWM power supply, etc and etc.

i can tell you for sure its possible. there's adapter brackets to delete the ac compressor and run a second alternator - a good customer of mine has done this on the 4.3 in his s10.
