The material is absolutely awesome looking.
The foil is slightly thicker than the previous version too. From 4 mils thick to 4.5 which will provide slightly better vibration damping results

Whoa..
Well, I can tell you that most of our Yukon or Tahoe guys go with 2 or 3 shop packs of Damplifier Pro. Obviously, the more spl you have the more material you will need to containthe energy.
There are bunch of things you can do to get the most out of your sound system.

so i ran upon this thread....and i have to ask... 4 to 4.5 mils of this stuff in a single layer... compares to dynamat 50 to 80 mil... or generic old quick roof from home depo... im very interested...lol

No, no, no..
The foil is 4.5 mils
The foil on Dynamat is 4 mils

Total thickness is 1.5 mm
Dynamat extreme is 1.67 mm thick


Big difference..
