Well after a week of listening, the sub is still holding in there. Only had the sub get stinky once and Im pretty sure I was clipping the hell out of it. So far 141.4@45 and 138.7@30. I dont think thats all that bad for a 4 door trunk car.

I got some updates sort of. Since nobody is interested in buying this sub off of me, I decided to see how loud I can get with this working with what I got. So I had a friend make me a space to drop this sub in an old box I had laying around.

Needed it for clearance since this sub is deaper then the one I originally designed this box for. Here is the box.

Its a rear loaded horn design. Its modeled to peak at my cars best frequency. Hope to have it back in the car tomorrow.

Current best is 141.5 @ 45hz so Im hoping to better the score.

Did a quick test and did the same number at a slightly higher frequency. Didnt get to really get a full run in. So Ill be trying again real soon to see. At least this time it didnt seem like I was at the limit so I know there is more to be had.
