Yes it will. I had a 3000d on each of my 12's daily and they took the power with ease. Recently just had a 15 in my ride with 2 3000ds on 16v strapped on it. Took the full power on burps without a hicup.. But didn't quite like it playing music near full tilt!! LOL!!! 6k+ is no joke!
