Emailed to your PayPal email also.
Thank you!
I know you asked for a 4th order but a series tuned 6th order will be louder and sound better so I designed a series tuned 6th order for you.
The port sizes are optimized to be as small as possible without having port noise

When I design boxes, I intend on the builder using 3/4" material pre-drilled using a 7/64" drill bit on 6" or closer centers & screwed with common 1 5/8" coarse drywall screws.
If you want it stronger, use more screws between the 6" on center screws
Use glue in every joint.{except on removable panels}
For removable panels, I suggest using 3/4" wide open-cell foam tape Or felt tape Or carpet to seal where it meets instead of glue so it is easily removable.
I suggest making the top panel removable

plywood is strongest and least susceptible to water damage.

Hey I built the box that u designed for me and it sounds great but noticed the front panel and port are flexing quite a bit what kind of bracing and size can I add to make it stop without messing with the tuning or box volume too much

I suggest putting two 3" x 15 1/2" supports on the right and left of the port. One on each side.
This will immensely reinforce the front wall and port
Must be glued and screwed top and bottom and horizontally from the inside of your port. (So the screw heads are in the port.. not the points)

I have all panels glued and screwed minus the top ,the top only has a foam seal with screws every 3 inches all around the box , would threaded rod be ok to use

threaded rod is less effective and requires a lot more effort as well as the cost. What I suggested is essentially free and a lot easier
but, yes, you can do threaded rod if you want to.
