Your equipment list is decent, except FatMat is garbage, go with real sound deadener.

I currently use Fatmat and the difference is beyond noticeablely better..I've never had anything different on the car so I have nothing to compare to except the rattling is non existent it just vibrates if that makes sense. Oh and that I have one 3sq piece of "Real Dynamat" underneath somewhere and I got 50sq ft of non logo fat mat and it was literally $5-10 more for 47 sq ft more lol..the only thing that would drive me away to never buy again is the adhesive on the back..its horrible..I mean the shit is super sticky like if it touches itself it will not come back apart but I honestly believe it has to do with the temperature outside when it's less than 32 degrees or hotter than 90 or even a 80* day with humidity will cause the Fatmat to start peeling off the trunk lid and it gets really old and when I get my car washed somehow the non existent little bit of water makes it come off but everywhere else in the car is fine though... this last layer I put on I used some Loc-Tite (Super 44 I think) MEDIUM duty spray adhesive onto the.Fatmat then applied it and it works like a charm so the Fatmat has my vote but ur more then likely gonna have to keep pushing down on the stuff every so often

Thanks for the info. I put the FatMat in my S-10 in 38 degree weather. I had to heat it up with a hair dryer to make it more flexible and it seemed to do pretty well. I sold the S-10 a month or so after putting it in there so I'm not sure how it's doing now. But again, thanks but I'm still probably going with FatMat. Some people hate the smell of it but I kind of liked it lol.

Found these Pioneer TS-C130R 5 1/4's laying around. Might use them in the build too.
