Default Please be right this time.. Skars Tline

So the 4th order was a fail. I decided to get someone more reliable to design the box for me. I went to surreal through wooferwarehouse. If you have any doubts about using surreal, please reconsider. He kept in constant communication, even through phone calls. Good stuff. And good design!

I requested a more flat response only down to 30s, considering i listen to actual music. I do not compete. Chopped stuff is not for me. Well he came to me with something that will be fine without a subsonic.

The Dims I gave him were to allow me to build it outside of the car. The last two enclosures i made had to be partially put together inside, and it was such a pain.

So i bought the wood and got to work.
The table saw left me some mountains of MDF dust..

But so far it is looking to be the most accurate build i have done. All cut! besides the 45*s

Some music to keep me going.

And gluing the baffle. Good looks so far!

Surreal blowing up. I'm tuned in. I want to know how this sounds. I loved my TLine on everything BUT rap.

i had two dd1508s in a tline a while ago. Very good response. Accurate, punchy, and got pretty loud too.

Nice looking design.

A router is one of the best purchases I've made. You'd be amazed at the results you can get with a handful of quality bits.

I have a couple different sizes of round over and flush trim bits. Don't cheap out on them tho. You need good quality like whiteside, cmt, etc.

Haha I saw the router but not the bit. Was just making a general comment on how awesome routers were. I should have bought one a long time ago. Much easier to get good results vs a jig saw and a sander.
