Default '07 Taco-4 SA12s-SAZ 3000

Well after a bit of planning, we found which route to go, we wanted something that would be competitive in MECA S2, be a good daily beater, and would be somewhat easy to slide out if trips were needed with more room. He originality wanted to just use one of the 60/40 seats in the truck but we decided to use the entire thing. I know i'm boring, so onto a few pics and some vids at the end. We still need to clean everything up, and batterys are needed soon.

50 ft of KNU CCA

The Subs

Repping Sundown

Close Fit

Custom 'Add as you Go' Router jig

The baffles

Checking for fit

Inside with resin

Color matched to the truck

A few wires, can watch vid at bottom to see them all

Front baffle on and a 3/4" dowel rods in

Tools make the differance

1.5" hole for ground to come through

One peice ports mounted

4/0 terminals to save space

2nd baffle

Another shot

Close fit

Wires, easy to swap from 1 to .25 and back

Testing out, will come back out for carpet and be mounted straight

LOL at the wiring

Looks great! I like how you used those t/wing nuts (?) for the outer terminals. Might have to steal that idea from you

They made it so easy, i hope they will make a good connection and not vibrate lose. That was my concern but it makes swapping from .25 to 1 ohm so EASY! Only time will tell

Worked on the fuse block some tomorrow. Drilled and tapped a good bit. I'll throw some pics up tomorrow.

It was a snug fit. Im sure there connection drawbacks to it but it saved alot of space.

It relatively simple install, i think the biggest challenge will be fitting a SAZ3k and 100.4 behind the seats with 2 group 31s. And i have to find a way to keep the box still, but still be relatively easy to remove.
