Default Scion xB SBN Rebuild

Ok I am a little bit behind! But that doesn't mean it won't be done in time! Finally got my subs sold and was going to run Obsidian, but unfortunately they sold out of 15's at the last minute so I am trying to find suitable replacements.

This build will consist of the following:
4 15" subs (looking for SA/Obsidian)
SAZ 4500
2 C&D 134AH batts
Stock alt
SHOK 1/0 wiring
6 8" Cadence Flash PA's
2 10" Eminence 10a
Crescendo 1000c4
Cadence 8ga wiring
Custom fiberglass work by me

Here is the enclosure design for the 15's

Specs on the enclosure:
4 15's
8.5 cubes sealed
21 cubes ported @ 51Hz
415sq" of port (~21sq" per cube)

Here is the space I have to work with:

Pics of the doors and batts:

if you use sa15, i would go smaller on sealed side, like 7 per 4. i helped do 6 sa 15 in 6th order and we did 6cft per 3 and i feel we could have benifited from smaller sealed. we also just did 8 sa 15 in 4th order with about 1.75 per on the sealed side. i can tell ya now, your gonna have to tune lower and use less port area if you really want it to bang with the sa.

Definitely good info! That will be taken under consideration when I choose my subs. I really want to run a low end sub, but I may end up with SA. Im going to talk to DC to see if I can get a deal on some level 3's with 4 parts or level 4's.

Got most of the wood cut for the wall! I need to cut a lot of it down because I got it cut at Lowes and of course, their saw is not my saw lol. Anyways, update pics!

5 sheets!

Cut to fit in my car.

Weighin' me down lol

Now I got a garage full of wood to cut tomorrow!

Honestly, I'd stick to 2 cubes sealed per. And definitely shrink the port and give it some length.

I purposely left the port large to test and tune with. I am sticking to 2 cubes per sealed and if i need to shrink it then I can easily do so.
