Here's the enclosure work coming along.

Started off as a extremely nice looking prefab, idk if it is a prefab lol. But it's double baffled and pretty clean.

Heres what I started out with

Pulled out the terminals and attached a 3/4 piece of birch and ran huge thick threaded rods and bolted them down

Also did some grinding on the bolts to clean them up after cutting them with a hack saw. Even my dad got in the action, he's got more experience than me bc he worked in a metal shop for a few years.

Here's the final outcome

Then went to work on the port and making it smooth

While the bondo dried I went onto fiberglassing all the corners double layered

First layer

second layer

and the total bill from home depot

Can't wait to hear these BEAST subs, I thought my Zv3's were heavy 12's lol. I was wrong

Thanks guys and thanks david for paying me to help you out on your build!! You should be happy and assured it's strong when you come to pick it up. It feels like 1/3 heavier lol.

I didnt like the port at all being that it had a lip, so I bondo'd the whole thing and smoothed it out then painted it.

Here's a before shot

looked inside my wire box today and saw 2 runs of thick ofc wire !! woop... so since i have a total of 3 runs now... i think imma go with CCA with the other 3 runs since its 60 shipped for a spool.. debating on it..

there was this one panel clip that we finally found it rattle like crazy, annoying ! we put alpha damp and damp pro on trunk lid and trunk side panels... still got like 5 sheets left of each .. maybe roof and doors are next.

i almost killed my finger i forgot to take a pic of the ground of my blood dripping.. ALWAYS WEAR GLOVES WHEN INSTALLING DEADNER !

i did a 145 sealed on the dash at 32hz, with only 2 batts in the back, subs only had minutes of playing not broken in yet. i forgot to put 1 of my seats down. i had alot of boxes in the back seat(big ns-1 boxes)
no tuning, haven't dd1 yet so i put gain below half, all in the trunk.... so after i put both seats down, more batts, subs getting broken in, i should see a 47 ...
shout out again to Zueslicious building the subs perfect for my liking and application !! love the subs, they didnt even get warm after minutes and demoing ! also amp didnt get warm, which it should have seeing that my electrical is that great yet.

this is the 2nd day having the system connected, i already feel it going a bit louder just cuss of that..
should have some vids soon of people recording when i was demoing..

but this is it for now... more coming thooo!!

Subs are straight boner material. I'm not crazy about the tc sounds stickers on them but I overall they look real good.
