Default SKAR-EpicenterDesigns-BHE-MaliBOOM v2

Decided to make a little Malibu thread since this car will be completed way faster than the excursion. Needed and daily and it took priority over the truck I can't really drive at the moment.

Here are some before pics

Going to keep this car silver as the stock paint job is a Silver Ice Metallic and it looks really clean vs my old shit grey my old Malibu had.

Got my 22s from Mark a couple days ago and just got them put on this morning. Love the look of the lip and matte black finish!

The car audio aspect of this bu this time around will be a lot more subtle and clean. I want it to be loud but not give up any of the quality. BHE should have some fun this time around!

Porduct List:

Headunit-Pioneer DEH-80PRS
Subwoofers-2 SKAR Audio ZVX-12 D2's
Amps-1 SKAR Audio SK-4500.1 at .5, 3 SKAR Audio 125.4s
Mids/Highs-(12)8" PAX Neo Mids and 8 SKAR Neo tweets
Power-Stock Alt, 4 Runs of 2/0 Welding Wire, 3-Cat 5 Stormcell Batts in trunk, 1-Cat 2 Stormcell Batt under hood

Enclosure-BHE 4th order blowthru

rims look good. all the rims i've ever owned have a nice Lip on them to. i think the the bigger the lip the better to makes the stance look.

Predetermined to drive a Malibu?

Lol just kidding, looks great and I love that Matte Black on the rims, works well with that color. Nice looking daily!

i wouldve kept the stock wheels i like them better
why? because they were already on the car and free..no extra work needed..and saved the money and put it towards a amp or something
as long as you actually buy equipment instead of bumping up old pictures and videos like you did with the last "malibu".. im cool with it

You realize my last Malibu had 2 FULLY finished systems that both metered over a 155+? lol.

Well the ford would have been going under the knife this month but the malibu is now taking priority.

Also, I ran 2 Sundown 2ks at .5 each on the stock malibu alt with no big 3 and 2 lifelines in the back. Had no issues at all.

Even ran 8-1500s with 6 dekas on the stock alt with no issues.

As long as your bank is sufficient the HO Alt isn't "always" needed
