It's getting walled on Tuesday by a wicked shop and not entry-walled, built panel to panel with 1.5" & 3" for the baffle, around 16 cf net @ 30hz with 14" of port per cube. Alero 3.4L 4-door, it's getting plasti-dipped rear windows, a new Odyssey pc2150, same amp for now (RE XTX 5000.1), 2 runs of 0ga, I got a mechman 270A alt installed, big 3, cannot afford to trim it out with fiberglass yet, maaayyybe I'll do that myself as it doesn't seem too difficult to lay some glass and paint on some resin.
I'm not sure on the baffle design, I have 2 days to think about it, either a 1:3 ratio verticle center port (like 9*27 around 20-25" depth) or something CNC-machined like this (center hour-glass/I-shape in darker blue):
This design will cost an extra $250, a weeks worth of work. Not sure if it would be good vs. a slot.
Took awhile. It'll cost about $1600 to upgrade to (new) XL's and get another 2150 and a 5K amp (used of course). I may just like this wall enough to not want to upgrade anything but the interior.
For fronts I will probably buy $30 100W PRV's from PE do like 2 6.5 sets (so 4 tweets & 4 6.5s) and 2 "8 or 10" mids for 60-140ish), 1000W on the fronts.
