Default Enclosure Build: SA-12, kerfed port

Another WooferWarehouse enclosure build. This will be for a single SA-12 and will feature a kerfed port like the title suggests.

Specs come to:

-2 cubic feet net
-35hz tuning
-29.25 sq inches of port area

The design:

Looking good so far. Got the sub and amp sitting here waiting. Almost got my project truck done so I can reclaim my garage and have the room to fab up the false wall and amp/battery racks.

Sorry it's taking so long, man. Obviously not all parts are mounted. Just need to get everything mounted, cleaned up and the rabbet continued over on the kerfed panel to help with carpeting.

No problem. I understand you've got a life other than building enclosures. It's starting to look like a proper box though!

I think he's asking why the front panel with the kerf is split into two pieces.

Because with my 31.5" limit on my fence it wouldve just made it more of a pain than it needed to be with the kerf cuts and I also needed to 45 one end which would've been impossible with that fence limitation. Someday I'll have a big table saw with an island and a 8' fence that's indicated perfectly parallel to the blade...someday
