Default Enclosure Build: Angled and kerfed port..swag

Alright guys, this one will be a bit different with an angled and kerfed port...

(This will be for a Sundown SD-10)

Specs come to:

-1.15 cubic feet net
-33.5hz tuning
-14.79 sq inches of port area

The design...

Got the port panel kerf-cut and 45-deg insert glued and nailed. I'm going to let the glue cure before moving on to angling this, it will need to be solid for the next step...

More when it happens...

Got the cutout done, rounded over, baffle mounted and angle partially done on the port panel...I'll need to pull a maneuver to finish the angle, will need to run by the store to get something for it though...should be pretty slick once done.

Doesn't look like much but I spent a good bit of time planning everything on this one

Possibly more later
