not to bad. but for our application, usually it's best to rip the glass into bunches of little sections.

Wouldnt the peanuts not account for the space in between them which is sure to add up.

Oh bro it's been ripped into little sections, too. There are 5 yards woven and three yards mat just into that side alone. It was my dad laying the glass, he's been doing fiberglass for a living for 30+ years (boat building)
