Default F*** Im doing a 6th order blow through

Well this is going to be my first build log on here. Going to be a slower build. But here is what will be happening. I have a 97 Chevy 1500 single cab truck with a 8ft bed with a camper shell on it. this gives me a ton of room to do a bunch of bass activity's. Going to be building a 6th order 1:1 ratio box for 4 18s that will be powered on a DC 5k for now. So with a general idea of what is goin on lets get this thread started

Current Set up consist of a Sundown Audio Zv4 10'' in a 1.8 cube box tuned to 32hz using 2 4'' aeros on a DD Z1 clamping 3092 rms. this is a center console box as well. As for mids and highs i have 4 prv 6MB200-4, 2 5MR450, and 2 TW450ti bullet tweets on a DD c4a. Decently loud right now was ale to do a 148.2 door open meter on the dash legal at 29hz. Pleased with it right now but i need more BASS!! So now im going to a blowthrough. any way here are some pictures or the current build before the changes start.

now let the fun begin

Nice.
What is the shiny textured coating in your doors? Is it just the photo or did you paint them with something?

that would be a bedliner called monstaliner. I think it turned out really good. its a roll on bedliner that gets it texture from the roller.

wel i have spent a good amount of time designing and coming up with measurements and specs. Here is what i have design wise for my 6th order

its going to be a 1:1 ratio 6th aiming for a good flat response so it can be a good daily set up.

Specs -

Rear Chamber - 20 cubes 176 sq in of port using a 15'' aero that is 15'' long with a 1'' radius round over all around, tuned to 30 hz

Front Chamber - 20 cubes 600 sq in of port tuned to 60hz and the port would be 3.25 long

this will be a rear window blowthrough so the shape of the port is going to be as large as the window in the camper shell. as for subs this has been designed for 4 DC XL 18s but i am going to use Sundown SA 18s as temp subs. i have a drawing in AutoCad and this is most likely how everything is going to stay layout wise.
