Default 4 Sundown e8's Build

well this is just a title change and all the pics condensed! hahahaha

as some may know had to file a claim for my other 8's as 3 of 4 subs were stolen from the package while in transit :verymad:

but now i am going to get 4 e8's tom. some time from a cali local! lol

equipment:
HU: Sony cdx-gt710
Eq: Exsite In dash EQ/Line Driver
Front Stage: CDT Audio COM-626 mids and tweets ( currently sum kappa 5x7's)
FS Amp: Profile gt 840
Sub Stage: 4 sundown audio e8's (will eventually be the new SA-8's
SS Amp: O2 audio OAD 2200.1
over 120sqft of Damp Pro in the truck
Alt off a 2002 Explorer
Big 3 in 1/0
two Rhino 800 batts and a kinetic hc 1600

pics:
after all displacement its about 2.8ft^3 @ a nasty 26hz-35hz.... easily change tuning
I call it the BONER BOX! lol

only have a few pics but all pieces are cut baffle cutout done except for top. Port is glue n right now as I type!

port cutouts

Fits like a glove!

gluing the 4" risers/small pieces for port in order to connect the 90's and have the correct amount of depth
gorilla glue FTW!

This right here will have the box around 3ft^3 @ 35hz.... i can add pre-cut pieces to the elbows through the cutouts and drop the tunning all the way down to 26hz!

Front baffle still needs to be cutout and flush trimmed. will do tom.

back is on

will post more h.o.

before flush trim after jigsaw cut out

getting ready for flush trim

trimmed and lookn sexy!

Nicely done but maybe rounding over the pvc ends in the interior with some sandpaper or the dremel would be best, but shouldnt matter too much.
