Default Box Build 3 Lvl 4 15's

This is a build for a new box for myself. MECA is finally coming to Washington in March. Im ordering a third 15'' Lvl 4 w/Lvl 5 Coils, and running them on my DC 3000.1 at .67 ohms. Box design via Undadog. 14 cubes @ 38hz w/158 sq inches of port. Slot port on drivers side. Should be finished this weekend. I also finished debaging the tahoe and removed all the black panels on the side doors.

8 inch port

Andd the truck as it sits...

sweet ride. I like the white on black. and the fact that your rims are all black and not with that stupid chrome lip on them.

I paid 400 total, including shipping for all 4 to get done. Our local rim/tire store, Les Schwab, sent em out to the shop in Oregon they always go through.

Cool yeah I figure If I get my own kit, or my buddy said he might go half and half with me thats like $140 total. but not including If I have to pay to use someone's garage oven or powdercoating oven. so we'll see about that. anyway box looks good so far.

Why is the port so short? It's almost like you have a sealed box with a giant hole... Just curious?...for sub clearance obviously, but it seems like you should've went with the port on the bottom...
