Default TRumble's "Soul Crusher" 91 camry sedan to coupe, kind of

So I've had a 4 dr for awhile. I just finally got sick and tired of fighting the trunk and wanted to completely isolate it and reduce my cabin space. Just got it done today, might get it metered in a week, I know for sure I'm finally in the 140's and it's definitely the loudest build I've done so far. I'm a family man, which means I'm limited to $$$, so all my equipment is mix and match, kind of ghetto, but I know how to work with what I got to use for now.

From what people say on here they think caps should be removed if you have a second battery. IMO I don't see why they say that though.

Some one else chime in?

Congratz on being a family man :P

Default Build / Caps

I've done too much thinking on caps and decided to throw em in. for everyday listening, you can't beat a good alternator, that's my final opinion. All the power comes from somewhere, no matter your batteries or caps, they need a charge from something. I'm just a beer drinkin burper, pun intended. If you have a cap, when the amp is done drawing current, not only does the alternator have to recharge your batteries, but the caps, which take much longer to charge then discharge, so in some cases can actually wear out an already strained alternator. My voltage fluctuates more with caps, but they do hold juice, so when I burp it helps. I have a stock alternator, and I won't get another thing for my car until I replace my bad stock battery and then a stinger alternator. It's funny, just finished the install and couldn't start my car, I was at 10 volts, luckily the audio force battery is keeping my car alive, for now. I'm running a peak of 2.8kw max, which at 14v would be, 200 amps, far beyond stock, so my conclusion is anyone who even considers competing, don't learn the hard way like I did, buy an alternator before anything, cuz you buy xx amp with 4kw rms, but it's not really gonna be rms for more than seconds
