Default 1992 Honda Civic dd 9518

these are a few pictures from my most recent box. As you guys can see from the term lab results I am not any louder than before but my box plays lower and peaks around 36 hz. I switched from a forward firing box sealed off to rear firing one with the hopes of getting louder but play lower. I appreciate all your guys help with my port questions but I think now I will go with a up firing box but go back to more port area and higher tuning..... What do you guys think?

A possible problem could be airflow. Such a large driver, and inherently enclosure, in a trunk would impede airflow to an extent.

Weird how flipping an enclosure around can change so much!

Any pics of the last box in the car?
What are your box specs now? I cant make zoom in enough to see the numbers.

I had a 95 4 door with an mt18 in there that i thought was pretty loud. I never tried mine facing back though.
