This set of comps is ran by 2 channels of an MB Quart PAB 5400 recieving roughly 40 watts rms per speaker.
When I was tuning the amp, I noticed the 116's could take every bit of power each channel had.
The tweets are VERY VERY loud- along with smooth midbass, making for an enjoyable listening experience. At louder volumes, the tweets maybe too much for most, and should maybe have an external x-over to help with this.
Structure wise, the spider is blood red, cone a deep grey, with a titanium tweeter looking at you. A cap comes off the back to conceal the wire terminals.
You can find these for $90-110 shipped
Overall id give these coaxials an 8/10
