I finally got to try out a new oatmeal company led by Anthony VerticalScope. He has also created the brand BioPulse Nutrition that makes excellent workout supplements.
You can order yourself some oatmeal via MyOatmeal.com and give it a try!
As you can see, I'm a big Oatmeal fan. I eat a bowl of Quaker Oats oatmeal with honey every morning. This should be a nice change of pace!
I received a package in the mail and this is what's inside!
You even get to name your own mixture. There are 22 Billion + combinations!
So I started off with following the directions, 1/2 cup of oatmeal to a cup of water.
Just to get an idea of what it looks like out of the package. Smells amazeballs!
Came out looking like this once combine. I know, not the most pleasant thing to look at lol.
Ain't nobody got time to sit around a hot stove all day so I chose to microwave. Directions call for 1 minute, stir, 30 seconds, stir, cover and 30 more seconds.
After all said and done, it came out like this. Very smooth and silky! It also made a lot of oatmeal to my surprise.
That was easy.. The taste was better than expected. I had a Pumpkin Spice flavoring with walnuts, sliced almonds, black raisans, peaches, and crystalized ginger. My favorite parts were definitely the peaches and the walnuts. All of the added components became very soft and almost completely mixed together.
So you know I had to eat another bowl the next day, this time doing it more of my own personal way.
I did 3/4 cup of Vitamin D Milk and a 1/2 cup of Oatmeal.
I mixed 1/2 cup of milk in with the oatmeal, and did the same microwave process as before. Then after microwaving, I added the last 1/4 cup of Milk and stirred it. It made it very consistently smooth and cooled it down a bit. I ate a little before I took this picture.. lol
Today I completely made it my own way. I eyeball poured some Oatmeal and put just enough milk in to almost cover all of the oatmeal. Microwaved it for 1min, and then splashed a bit of milk in.
Came out great! Didn't make as much as before because I probably poured less of everything in while in a hurry. I could taste everything a little more separate since I didn't cook it for as long. The raisans tasted very good, I almost missed them before because when you cook it longer it makes them very smooth like the rest of the oatmeal. If that makes sense?
Overall I am very impressed with this Oatmeal, it arrived very quickly considering I'm across the country from AZ. I will most definitely order more in the future. I hope that anyone who reads this that likes Oatmeal gives it a try!
10/10 if I have to give it a score!
