Default Review: Missing Link Audio Module

:Customer Service:

Well guy's i thougt i might do my review on the Missing Link audio module i got from chris. First off Chris from MLA is a real good guy called em on the phone picked up after like maybe 2nd ring didn't have to wait long......time with some company's i've dealt with. I was kinda iffy about the product at first just because it's having your voltage so high and thing's could happen but he had explained to me how it worked etc....etc.... So i said sure can i send u a M.o. he said sure i sent it to em 3 days. he had the MLA out day he got the M.o. which was great got it less then 4days. Great packaging and all and great instructions.

:How you actually install this module(Please keep in mind this install was done on a 1993 ford explorer for anyone wondering):

Here is a shot of how my alt plug is setup.

First thing you have to do is get a good mounting place for the module away from Heat , belts , fans etc....I chose the pass. fender so it's an up higher location.

After you have the module mounted you want to then go and sand down a nice surface to then ground the wire to coming off the module.

After then mounting your MLA&grounding it making sure everything is secure. You now pull your alt plug and cut the yellow wire going to it 2" away from the plug i did just like instructions said. You now have the bottom piece of your yellow wire&your wire coming off your alt plug then put connectors on each end of wire(provided by chris when you get the MLA). Hook them together Note: You can hooked either yellow up to which is does not matter the wire's are bi-directional meaning that they can be hooked up either way.

Then tuck all your wiring away nicely making sure all wiring is good and secure. Install your stock alt plug back in your alt like so.

Here is what my voltage used to be sitting at before i installed the MLA(this is at idle on a nice warm/summer day).

My Voltage after the MLA was installed.

The module work's great going on the 2nd day now and still workn great. Chris had then sent me a text that he said give it a couple day's you will also notice a diff. When starting etc....

Overall: 10/10
Customer service: 10/10 Great
Packaging: Very nice(only thing i did not use was the screws supplied i used some of my own self tapping screws).
Shipping time: Had it less then 4days to me.

I encourage anyone to look into one of these. Great product overall just as good customer service very easy to get in touch with if you don't leave a message/text Chris will get right back to you.
