Just doing a quick review of my triple alternator bracket I ordered from tejcurrent. He was quick to reply to all of my emails. At first usps had lost the bracket in the mail, had to do a lot of communicating and he sent out a second bracket to me, even though he hadn't got his refund from the postal office yet.
Installation took about 4-6 hours, best to have 2 people to get the bracket in. I assembled everything out of the truck so I could drop it all in. I had to move the ECU forward a few inches, as per the instructions. Also, just had to bend a small bracket that routed the factory wires going from the alt to the battery. One coolant hose needed to be zip tied downward about an inch. The instructions i'd give a 8/10, and the pictures did help a lot.
At first I had ordered the wrong alts (small case GM CS130) and tejcurrent pointed me to a website that had the correct alts I needed brand new for 66 bucks a piece (speedycarparts.com)
Here is the ECU on the left that I moved out of the way, has about 1/2'' between itself and a pulley
The red box has the factory wiring from the alt to the battery inside it, had to bend it to the right a little bit. Has plenty of clearance now.
The big coolant hose toward the right is the one I had to ziptie down a little bit.
