Hello all, i have a few questions. I think u should take it to someone so u don't mess anything up. It tells u in the book exactly how to do it and it shows diagrams

You need to wire the coils of each sub to series, so each sub has a 4ohm nominal load. Then parallel the subs together for a 2ohm load.

Now, to strap the amps correctly, switch one to master and the other to slave on the input signal side. Then take 2 10gauge or 8gauge wires, and link both negative speaker outputs together on both amps. For better current flow, link BOTH negative outs on each amp, not just one output from 1 to the other.
Now, the master amplifier's POSITIVE speaker outputs is the positive output of the strapped pair of amps. The slave amplifier's POSITIVE output is the NEGATIVE input of the pair. Therefore, the lead from the subs thats negative(-), wire into the slaves positives and positive(+) leads from the subs feed into the positive output on the master BC3500d.
Adjust all your gain and other functions from the master amp.
Yes, your setup should be loud if the box/electrical is up to the task.

I have a similar case- I have 2 Fi dual 1ohm subs & 2 BC3500's. I was going to wire 1 to each sub for .5 ohms. But would strapping them together for 1 ohm be any better for my electrical? I know i'd get the same power output, just at 1 ohm instead of .5 but does it put less draw or strain on the electrical feeding the amps?

There is virtually no difference efficiency-wise running a strapped pair versus a properly gain-matched pair of Class D amplifiers. If the subs are in a common chamber, for most people it is alot easier to strap the amps on the subs. If its a split chamber, its less of a concern since a difference in backpressure from one sub can't interfere with the other separately powered woofer like it can in common enclosure chambers, if one woofer is not correctly receiving the same amt of power as the other. (aka not a "perfectly" gain-matched pair of amps)
I recommend strapping the amps in your setup for those reasons.

Ok. So I have 4 18" subs in a 4th order. There's 2 in each sealed chamber. Since I'll be doing 4 BC3500's, I'll want to strap 2 to each chamber (each pair) so that I'll be providing even power to each chamber.. I got it. Makes sense. Thanks Bro!
