You'd save about $639.89 for relatively the same amount of output. Although the pros for the 16v setup out weight the diff. in price ($639.89). Plus, if you decide to run even more power and get 2 BC5500's anyway, you'll have even more power output. You're spending a lot of money anyway, might as well go balls out!
