I must say, nowdays very few audio companies ACTUALLY care about customer service. For example, I emailed quiet a few companies even AFTER buying their products but never to hear from them at all oh and some of them simply just dont have the time to answer your questions.
Crescendo should be a role model for these companies. I had an issue with my order and without hesitation I was offered a refund, in a kind way. To make a long story short, he fixed my order after I decided to get something else and also hooked me up for the "trouble" and then shipped out the same day.
As a past business management student and a custom car show competitor (now doing spl as well just for giggles in my daily driver), let me tell you guys with that attitude, Crescendo is going places!
