My amp was received on October 17th, I was told to expect a call fromt the tech within 72 hours pertaining to the problem. I waited a week then called, and called, and emailed. Finally im told again that I will here from the tech. Yet again I get no response.
Mid November I call, I post of FB, I email. Curious to how long this will take. I get someone on the phone who says parts are on backorder. It will be fixed in a few days. End of November comes and still nothing, I call the office leave voicemails with no calls returned, I post on facebook with no responses. So my girlfriend calls right after I get sent to voicemail and she gets an answer. I take the phone and ask about my amp. Im told it will be ready to ship in a few days.
December again im curious as to why it has taken so long, and once again i find myself trying to contact Crescendo all leading to failure.
My last resort is take this to the public.
11 weeks is ample time to repair an amp. You have my property, my money in your hands. It is courteous to inform people of situations. Highly disappointed by this company.
