First I want to say I love your products. I loved them so much I wanted to
buy another set for a different car unfortunately your customer service is crap
so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Fix your service and I might be willing to bring back my business

Yeah thats what sucks man I really love everything I have bought from them I just refuse to continue doing business with them after this most recent interaction hopefully they improve their service

Wow, i ordered the mezzo 6.5 comp set for the black friday sale. Still at $194 shipped i was expecting to be blown away like crescendo usualy does. I got the comp set and while being installed the crossovers litterally started falling apart. Installed the 6.5 and tweeters, heard some voice coil rub, took the door back off and the tweeter litterally fell apart too. I emailed twice one monday and one wednesday, and nothing. Crescendo, your product was poor, and not even an email back to communicate with me. I wont be buying any more amps or speakers from you again.

i have heard your exact complaint over and over from their components .

although i agree with what u are saying i believe u should give them a chance to make it right before starting this thread

Yea i got a cz comps set and the crossovers are build crappy. Half the screws that hold the bored down was loose and falling off when I got them, won't screw back down, and the covers don't wanna stay on. It's a shame.
