The CS as far as amplifier repair goes is something that we are trying our best to remedy by bringing in multiple technicians to be available when we do get an amplifier that needs repaired.
It was about 6 to 8 months ago, sometimes i'd get through to someone sometimes not. I'm glad to hear you're improving CS though, and I assume you're the owner/online rep for crescendo? I'm still pretty new to the caco vendors.
i'm originally from sarasota and worked with Ryan who originally got me into your product, I liked it. This was back 3 to 4 years ago, maybe more, with the original 6.5 component set and one of the first symphony amplifiers (kept going into protect so they sent it back and gave me something else) - happens to every company's product, not saying it's a crescendo thing.
Do you guys have an actual storefront in sarasota? I've been wanting to stop by and see some of the new product when I'm in town.
