Default Crescendo audio subwoofers versus there customer service

I just seen that crescendo has released pictures of there subs look very stout with that said reading bad customer service reviews over the years up to this day do you all think this may want them to change there business practices i have been wanting there products since the 1600.2 but with so many bad reviews bout there customer service and people waiting forever and a day for there orders i stayed away

I had a good experience with them CS wise. Quite a few of the negative reviews I saw, were related to slow communication times. I didn't experience that either. When they warrantied my amp, total turnaround time was 3 weeks. I was happy with that

their CS could definitely improve, biggest problem I found was that the only guy knowledgeable enough when I got him on the phone was the owner I think. they dont really seem to have the personnel to keep up with the amount of product they move.

besides that they do put quality where it matters and keep the price low for us budget guys. id stick with their amps and pro audio equipment and let their subs get tested some more before i ran them - although i have no doubt they did a good job on them.

The subs look good, and if they stick to the price/performance end, I can see quite a few people using them.

for what it matters.. the proto sub I have is insane.. lol wish they would have kept with that line.

I have ordered a ton of stuff and got everything in short time except for the one time i didn't verify the item was actually in stock. I recommend you email your order and be ready to order at that moment, to ensure you get your items quickly. As far as repairs go, I've never had a bad issue sending in or receiving back. I'm actually about to order some more items in the next few days. hth

I am not sure when it was that you called, or what that technical question could have been, but the CS has been improved. The CS as far as amplifier repair goes is something that we are trying our best to remedy by bringing in multiple technicians to be available when we do get an amplifier that needs repaired.

The CS has gotten much better in my recent experiences.

It was about 6 to 8 months ago, sometimes i'd get through to someone sometimes not. I'm glad to hear you're improving CS though, and I assume you're the owner/online rep for crescendo? I'm still pretty new to the caco vendors.

i'm originally from sarasota and worked with Ryan who originally got me into your product, I liked it. This was back 3 to 4 years ago, maybe more, with the original 6.5 component set and one of the first symphony amplifiers (kept going into protect so they sent it back and gave me something else) - happens to every company's product, not saying it's a crescendo thing.

Do you guys have an actual storefront in sarasota? I've been wanting to stop by and see some of the new product when I'm in town.
