New crescendo speaker line
I was going to make this thread to ask about the new line and see if it was out, epicenter designs was telling me about a few months ago. but i just checked the site and it looks like the line is actually out now.
I'd love to run 4 of these, anyone have more insight into their performance? The specs look promising, like most nendo products, but that sensitivity is pretty high lol
Have you had a chance to try these yet? I'd like to see how they compare to the pwx6.5, I'm not sure how they'd compare to the neo forte considering they're not pro audio.

They are definitely living up to the billing.
The PWX is an excellent entry level mid. Has excellent midbass and midrange but can roll off quick up high. They can take alot of power and when done correctly can be damn loud.
The Neo Forte mid came along and got twice as loud. Was very shallow to maximize mounting options and took a lot of power thanks to the big neo motors holding it steady.
The Ulta Neo mids are here now. They do it all. The 8 and the 10 have great midbass response. The 6.5 should be crossed over at 120hz. (it is classified as a midrange speaker) It has a relatively shallow mounting depth and a big neo motor. They were torture tested at Slam Fest and came out with flying colors and a lot of impressed customers ordering them.

So for a 3 way set up an 8" ultra neo for the midbass region and a 6.5 neo forte for midrange would be the way to go along with a FT1 tweeter. How would a 6.5 ultra neo do with midbass? I dont think i can fit an 8" and 6.5 but maybe 2 6.5s

I'm also interested in this, any experience with which line would work better as a 6.5 in the 80-120hz range? 8s won't really fit unless i fiberglass which is a pain.
