Default Quick question on DC lvl 4 15s

Hey everyone, so i have 2 DC lvl 4 15's in a 8 cube box tuned to 32-33 hertz (with subs and port that is like 8 inches in width added in its like 6.5 cubes). I am using an AP3K on them (they are dual 1's so each one is on 1 channel) and the amp isnt even at half gain. When it goes to hit the lows, they seem to bottom out at this low of power. What should i set the subsonic filter at? Any other suggestions?

so your running .5 per channel? could be clipping even with half gain especially if your having hard voltage drop which it very well could be cuz you tend to pull alot more current from the elec system on the lows.

I actually wired em up to 2 ohm, so that the max rms they could get on each channel was around 1000. But right now they are seeing less than 500 rms a piece. And i have 2 Deka 100ah batteries hooked up. So hopefully voltage drop is over lol. Maybe the subsonic filter is set wrong or lowpass?

set ur subsonic about 5 hz lower than your box is tuned at. But id say its from clipping or they are not loading right.

Pics of box? I say you have loading issues.. box seems on the big size.. but should work on low power. How big is your port
