Default dc info

Planning on a rebuild still kinda up in the in the air about a few things. Im looking to run 4 18's in my trail blazer non walled. Thought about some zvx's but i already have skar and i may be looking to change. Any suggestions im new to DC. Also alternator would be a 320 amp singer and i will have 4-6 deka batts. Wanting to play insane lows but maybe still be musical as possible. Thanks guys sorry if i left anything out.

I think you would be great with DC Xls they play very low and are a very efficent woofer. They also get pretty loud on low power. Even level 4's are really great subs for the price they play low and there very musical same as the xls. I have 6 xl 12s and they play 15hz just as well as 70hz. The level 5's and 6's are more geared for spl and not to much musical that's why I went with xl's. If you want a low end ground pounder that push a shit loud of air I would go with either level 4 or xls.

Level 4s can easily take 1500-2000 and Xls around 3k easy. I had mine at just around 1500 each and i couldnt get them warm at all. . I'd say a couple skar 4500's or a Dc 7.5k or 9k and you would be perfect with the electrical your gonna have.

3K EASY?!??
Did you run them on 3k?
For what He's wanting to do, and for the price diffence, he should go level 5.
3" coil on the Xl's wont handle "around 3k easy" He WILL be running them hard and building up lots of heat...
My advise: spend a little extra cash and buy the level 5's, you won't be lookin' to upgrade if you buy the right sub in the first place.
