Default Anyone recognize where the noise out in my DC 5K (video)

Hello everyone,

when I raise the gain up more than 1/4, the amp starts to make noises.
Anyone recognize from where the noise is & what can I do to fix it?

Are you setting your gains properly with an Oscope or DD1?

When using the proper tools to set the gains, all of my amps will start the humming you here once I see clipping/distortion.

Yes it is normal. Should go away once you apply a load to the amplifier.

Thats not normal and it doesnt matter if your gain was set properly or not. Your amp should never make that noise. If i was you i will move the component while the amp is making the noise and see if it goes away. If it does then something mite be loose or malfunction

I will watch the videos when I get home. Just assumed it was the normal buzzing.

When setting the gains on all of the dc amps I have hooked up and tuned(over 25 different amp), when tuning with a scope/dd1 when I get close to or slightly over the point of clipping/distortion there is a light buzzing sound from them amp. This goes away when a load is applied to the amp by a speaker and not just using a tool.

I only heard 1 amp of mine buzz while setting the gain, and it was a aq2200 but it was so faint it sounded like a fly 10ft away. And i currently own a dc 5.0k and it doesnt make a noise what so ever. And you have to remember that the volume was off on the head unit, so you can play with the gain and wouldnt see a difference since there wasn't a input voltage to clip from. And assuming the second test was done at home without rca. Again you can play with the gain and it wouldnt clip since there isnt a input voltage in the rca.
