Default Single dc xl m2 15

Dc suggests 3 cubes. I was going to do 3-3.5 net with a single 6" areo. One guy said he would do no less than 4cubes and suggested 5cubes with a 8" areo... Thoughts on this? Sub will be slightly underpowered for now ~2k

6" aero will work. more would be better since 6" is right at the vent mach where you actually need the flares of the aero.

as long as you keep the tuning around 33hz, the 6" aero will be fine

3 cu ft vs 5 cu ft won't make much difference (and if you never build both you'll never know)

but, if you have the space for 5 cu ft, you could go 4th order bandpass 2cuft rear & 2.5 cuft @55/hz (6" port 5.5" long)

and be louder/ sound better

Hmm... Thanks thought about a 4th but fitting that is going to be hard. 30x30x15 is really the max I can go without modification. 96 integra hatchback I'd like to keep the privacy cover so that's why 15 high is max

Top and bottom might work I could face the sub down and build into the spare tire compartment too for the sealed section

yeah, in that car I'd go 3.5cuft @33hz.. sub and port fired back

try for 16.5 high the cover probably clears it
