Which one do you like better? Can make the sub up port up slot box port back with about the same specs. My car is hatchback. Power is around 2k.

Looks like everyone is enjoying sub up port back or even sub up port firing at the left (driver side) fender wall, anyway each worked better in different hatchback cars, big NO to sub up port up in my opinion all you get is roof flex!

Good Luck,

Kindest Regards.

i agree with HAEL. sub up and port back or to drivers side is definitely most popular. i just recently got my 1st aeroport (pyschoport 8" adjustable) and i love it so much. slot ports are cheaper.

I second that Aeroports are more efficient and louder especially if you're tight on space, I know some say you shouldn't reduce the port area you're looking for when doing aero instead of slot but it's none of my business lol, I mean try to do 16sq in. Per cube using aeroport and you'll be free airing the sub,

Good Luck,

Kindest Regards.

I've seen a sub forward and aeros to the back in a hatchback that was insane. Brutal. It hurt more than anything I've ever heard. 2 10's in an old scirraco. And on 600 watts.

What are you goals for the system?

Aeros's are much easier to change tuning. You can build removable slot ports, but aeros area preference.
