Default customers with outstanding layaways

There are several customers with outstanding layaway orders for Ethos that have made minimum payments and have not made payments for several months. Emails have gone out to the email accounts attached to your paypal accounts. If these customers wish to continue with their orders please get in contact with me. If not I will issue a full refund on the orders at 5 pm central time on Friday to make accommodations for other customers wanting to purchase subs.

I am also posting this on CACO just in case these customers have new email accounts and did not receive my emails.

Because once a layaway is initiated their motors are held. I don't want to cancel an order and the customer not get a chance to get their product. As you said this order took almost 3 months longer than expected. They might not want to make payments until the drivers arrive. But I don't know that unless I am contacted. Otherwise I will cancel and refund the order as stated in ther terms and conditions on the order.

The layaway invoices state a 4 month term or a refund minus 10 percent paid if canceled or the term is up. However I like to work with people as much as possible and it has taken too damn long for these motors to get here.
