~30 cubes leaves me with ~18 inches between the box and bumper. The box will be transverse web framed with 8 pound polyurethane foam between the frame and vehicle body eliminating wasted space and preventing body flex. Leaving a few inches between the enclosure shell and vehicle body I have ~50 inches at the floor, ~34 inches at the roof, ~38 inches in height, and ~36 inches in depth to play with.

Depending on what you are planning on for alternators/batteries, have you thought about ultracaps? May not fit based on how you plan to play this thing, just a suggestion.

And flat wall?

Flat wall port on top.

caps won't have enough capacitance for demos as i'm limited by alternators. I'll more than likely end up having to give it a rest now and then for the alternators to catch the batteries back up. I'll see how the motor handles the torque from one alternator first and go from there.
