Default BP design request, ASAP have $ to PP

Sub: 1 Phoenix Gold Ti210d4
Input power: 750w
Size Constraints: 32"w X 15"t X 20"d (bottom) 16" (top)*the dept is a measurement I want to keep if possible.
Additional requirements: 4th or 6th order is fine, useable freq below 35 hz to above 80hz. Solid bass reinforcement is key, fairly flat between 40 and 70hz. The box will be located in the trunk of an M5 with the port(s) entering the cabin through the rear deck which is at approximately 20" from the trunk floor.

Specs can be found on this link http://www.phoenixgold.com/images/pd...fer_manual.pdf

I will PP $ for a complete design including cut sheets. No offence, but if you don't consider yourself a enclosure design guru, please save both of us some time.

~30->80hz is going to be somewhat hard to achieve. Going to be a big loss in output for that large of a passband especially in that type of a setup.

80hz is sort of high even though it's kind of a standard....Maybe you should re consider for a lower upper cutoff? 50-60hz? A sealed box with alot of cone would be loud, sound very good, and be flat all the way through.

I have a reason for going BP, so other styles are out. If it hs to be a narrower band it will just have to be. I am hoping that a guru will work som magic and get a pretty wide band that I can tweek with an eq to flatten out if necessary,

I only have room for 5" mids so a higher cut off is pretty necessary, not saying 70hz wouldn't be ok, but I want to see what can be done.

Is output not such a major concern?
You could go with a higher tuned 4th order.. 50-55hz or so at least and it should be acceptable down to 35/30ish given cabin gain you will get and play pretty flat. This is given you arent overpowering the speaker.

Your upper end will most likely still cut off ~70hz or so depending. Audible range there is very weird anyway but youll have sound.

output is secondary, quality bottomend reinforcement is the goal.

the sub is rated at 600rms 1200peak (yadda, yadda, yadda) the amp is 550 @ 2ohms.

I just don't want 40hz and lower to suck a ss
