Default crap idea?

Sub up, slot port horizontal...or can be sub forward port vertical firing to same side.
Question is, I need it to be in cabin of a 92 Bonneville, how good/bad will this normally play out? She won't let me have the trunk but the 3 belts upfront are good enough for me her and the boy. If up firing the sub will be right about the same height as rear door window line, with up to 12" of port clearance. Can be less if it'd perform better

Hdc3 18 off of 1.5-2kw in a box surreal designed for it but for my midsize suv. Tapered line @31hz (I hope I remembered that correctly) Just need to know it isn't a retarded idea that will most likely give way less output vs when it was in the suv. Reusing box is just out of laziness and to save some cash, not using it isn't out of the question at all.Just a daily driver that will never see a meter.

Fwiw, I'm not just tossing it on the seats lol. False floor to give an even mounting surface for box after I pull out the seats and trunk sealed to hopefully keep from needing to deaden the trunk.

Sorry for the page of text, opinions are useless without knowledge though

Any reason to not go full throttle on it and start stocking building supplies?

if its side firing, it'd load right off of your door. so, make sure that it solid or expect some rattle and potential damage on it.

Indeed. Deadening that door and roof are the priority spots. thinking about having the neighbor weld on a solid piece over the door skin as a beauty/strength panel.

Anything shy of "it's the dumbest idea ever and won't work well" makes me smile

o sorry just noticed u didnt want it in the trunk... I also had a large 6.5cu ft box in my back seat sub and port to passanger side and it was real loud.. I dont recommend taking up the whole back seat and having ur son side in the middle up front.. its just a lapband seatbelt so if u hit something he is just gonna get bent in half and hit his face into the dash.. not good bro..

This was just a temp setup obviously. lol
