Default Hows this look?

how does this look?

Used the RE calculator and it is confusing me a little bit. It is saying 4.58ft^3 volume with 105 sq.in. of port but when i do the math I get the volume shown in the box (in the drawing)... Sayd the tuning is 42Hz~ which is exactly what I am looking for but I wanted to make sure everything is good since I am getting conflicting numbers on teh box volume...
Box is for a Mach5 SPL15

damn thats a long shower...LOL!! i always confuse myself everytime i make a ported box.i end up texting alanhall about 50 times...lol! sometimes i think its worth just paying somebody else to design it but that just takes the fun and self achievement out of it.

ok I put it these dimensions:
36W x 16.5H x 22D
Port: 7W x 14.5H(1.5" - 16.5) Tuned to 42hz
I got a port length of 23" and a volume of 4.812 w/o sub or bracing displacement.

That design with the port at 13.5H x 7W x 15D is 5.32 cuft @ 45.26hz w/o sub or bracing displacement.

Neither designs had double baffle. I can add all of those things in to get real numbers if you would like.

If you wanna toy with it more that is up to you... port has to be 15" high though as that is the inside height of my box...

Since the displacement of the sub and bracing, would that lower the tuning or raise it? I gifure the subs will be a good .2ft^3 or so and then the 45*s in the corners, bracing will just be a 1" dowel...
