Default Port size & tuning suggestions

Getting equip in now, and starting to get stuff installed, and now it's to the point of port size & tuning for the box.

Got a Treo CSX motor with teampsi softies, on a sundown 3kd. In a grand am (sealed in trunk, facing forward, without backseat). Box is about 7.5 cubes before any discplacement. Gonna be for numbers and bassrace.

Had a box with two re se 12's off of a aq1200d, and was doing perfect 130 class bassraces, and maxed it out at 144.9 (legal on tl) @ 44hz, 80" of port, Same box orientation as I'm doing now (box facing forward, sealed off in trunk, backseat out)

Anyway, I got 6" aero's, and was gonna do four of them, but I dunno what to tune it to for max spl. Just looking for some suggestions...

Also, should I go for 2 aero's instead? Or would 4 be okay?

I'm not that much into building boxes and stuff but from what I can tell, the best way to tune for SPL is to put the port(s) in and put it on the TL, cut the port, put it on the TL, cut the port, put it on the TL, and keep doing that until your numbers start to decline but make sure everything else is consistent. Like your seats position, visors, trash in the console, everything. I'm sure someone else has something to add but that's all rookie experience but I've been trying to learn from a past SPL champ so I think I'm in good hands. Good luck to you and I hope you get that thing up to 150 like you want!!!

Yup, I figured as so for the tuning, was mainly wondering how much port to use (2 or 4 aero's) and any idea where fart box's usually are tuned. I know that for daily I usually tune low 30's, but I thought I saw alot of fart boxes tuned 40's & 50's

edit:
Nice score btw, almost same as me (1hz higher) haha

As far as I understand, fart boxes are tuned pretty high like you said, I've seen an astro in the high 50's really close to 60hz. I'm not sure about how many aero's though, I haven't learned much about port size, I just started my long learning process on box building.

Thanks man, I'll be adding another woofer and bumpin up my power a bit to get just a bit higher.
