Default How can I make an aero work for this?

So I've been playing around a lot with Torres' calc and had bought some aero's to use for this build. For the life of me though I can't seem to get the right port area to work for this. I'm building for a DC M2 Level 4 15" to be run on either a SAZ1500 or DC 1.2K, either at .5 ohm so the power difference shouldn't be too much. I have 36"Wx16"Hx up to 30" deep though I'd like to keep it around 20"d.

I'm trying to tune to ~30hz (I like my lows) but it seems I can only get the proper tuning/port area with a slot port.

I've never designed my own enclosure so I'm really new to it...any help in getting an aero to work for this is greatly appreciated!

Oh, and I can only have 8" external if I need to...

I have a 6" but didn't think I had enough port area using it. I wanted to try and stay around 12-16 for port area per foot or does that only apply to slot ports? I have no idea the difference in using an aero vs. a slot so if I can get away with smaller port area per foot then I should be good. But I'm just not sure if I can do that; hence the asking lol

The best I've been able to do with a 6" is around 6 for port area per foot and if I go to an 8" I can get the port/foot right but it's tuned higher than I want...damn this enclosure crap lol!

I've played around with the multiple ports idea but it keeps knocking my tuning freq. up higher than I want. 2 4's give me 5.54 area per cube and 3 3's give me 4.66. I'm guessing it will sound like a train whistle lol. I tried 2 6's and I get slightly over for port area per cube but knocks my tuning into the low 40's
