Looks like about 19" each. Now, that's total length from flare to flare. The flares themselves are 5", so your actual tube cut will be 14"

[Edit: I am not 100% if the 8" flares are 5", so you'll have to measure. But the total port length including flares is 19" for 34hz]

With those dimension, assuming you use 3/4" wood. I got 12.5 cubes gross. So 2 8" aeros which are actually 7.875" at 34hz, need to be 13" long each

Did you account for sub displacement? Ports? 45's? Bracing? Double or triple baffle? The guy said "9.83 cubes net after displacement" not "I think it's about 10 cubes."

No sorry. The calculator I use, uses gross volume. I know some people don't like it. But it's what I'm use to and it works for me. We arrived close. Mine might actually come to 35 or 36 hz. Lol

Hey thanks for the reply, yea we accounted for bracing, sub displacements, and port and got 9.83 cubes net. I'm going to try those metal aero ports that psychoacoustics make. I can't get ahold to Derrick on here so I'm try his. I'm not sure wat the flares are.

Yea I figure he is a very busy guy, so I'm probaly going to try psychoacoustics metal aero ports, they seem a lot stronger.
