Default how to i add port volume?

when adding port volume to a slotted port box, do i add the volume of the airspace, AND the material used to make the port? or just the material required to make the port? thanks!

I think he is trying to figure out how much area his port will take away from the enclosure volume.

heres a good way to do it. If the port uses 1 wall then you change your LxH to L+1.5xH+.75 (if the L is parallel to the wall being used, if H is parallel then add 1.5 to H) If it uses two walls of the box then L+.75xH+.75 to give you total volume taken up by the port. If three walls then only add .75 to the L or H depending on which applies.

But yes. You include the material (wall thickness) of the port.

If you mean how much box volume the port takes up, the air inside the port is also counted.
