Default HELP me build a non-wall 4th

I have a 1997 escort wagom and would really like to build me a non-wall 4th,
I have two NSv1 12" and currently one skar1500.1(another asap lol)
I was thinking a 3:1 with 1.5 sealed and 4.5 ported, how do i figure port velocity? I dont feel like going through hack 10000 post 4th thread to find it
My ideal dims would be; 36wide 14.5 tall 24long but that can change. Im going to post what id like it to look like in a few but any and all help and input, (cough, hack, cough) would be great

Port velocity is calculated just like you would with a ported box. Plug in the dimensions and port size of the vented side. I wouldn't worry about it too much though, as 4th order ports typically have plenty of port area (HACK recommends 1/2 of cone area for port area).

Here are the final sketch ups of the box, its a perfect 3:1 with like 120 port area.
Each driver will have 4.5ported and 1.5sealed EACH, my next Q is how deep should i make my port? It will be removable as you can tell and can be either external or internal

LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK OF THE DESIGN!

without any dimensions it looks as though from the picture the port will end up being way too long for a 4th order if it extends over halfway through the box, plus the length of the bend. I'm about to attempt my first bandpass box ported through the trunk, so we'll see how it goes. Good luck!

Only because the goal is to get sealed res and loading wall port tuning around 45-50 hz. The higher you tune, the more port area you need.

Port area should be a tad bit smaller if you want to follow HACK's advice. 113in^2.

With that power, or even with 2 1500s, I'd make the sealed side bigger.

I have tested that amp about a bazillion times. I know what it does clean, clipped, dirty, loaded, unloaded, wired down, low voltage, good voltage, after it hot, while it's cool, on caps, on batts, where it protects, what's thermal limits are and just about anything else anyone would care to know about it.

But thanks for chiming in. Your opinion is duly noted.
