Default 4 OA 18s. Wall or 4th?

I have a 04 yukon and just built a shell. Its right around 26 cubes if my math adds up. I can either wall it or try and do a 4th.

I was told the OA 18's like 2.25 sealed per sub and a 2:1 ratio... 27 cubes net needed.

I can extend the wall 1 3/4 inches forward and still have room for a 2x4 loading wall, which give me another 2 cubes, 28. After sub displacement im at 27 and the all other displacement will give roughly 26 cubes net. I need 27.

How vital is that final cubic foot?

Is it better to take from the sealed or ported section, or both of them? Take .66 from the ported and .33 from the sealed?

Or would you just say fvck it and build a flat wall.

I doubt losing 0.25cuft per sub on the ported side is gonna matter much.

Hmm ok one more thing. Is the best way just to fire them all forward at the loading wall or angled on each side somehow. Or should i just call HACK.

I don't know anything about 4ths, but I love your build! Never thought of 2 by's instead of a sheet. Also what tool cuts those angled holes to screw to boards together like that.
