Default any spl experience in wagons? street style

i have a 94 mercedes e320 wagon. just got the vehicle so i dont have much experience with it. so far ive tried a box with subs up and port up, as well as subs back and port back--these yielded the same score. trying to see if anyone has some experience they can help me out with. trying to do spl oriented only. not worried for daily. tuning peaks between 47-51 all around the same, i have a useable height of 15" (with surround on top of box), about 40" width, and every bit of 40" depth still leaving loading room. any help is appreciated. will be using 2 15s, and a single 10" aero. thanks in advance.

in my e320 wagon i did 2 15 rockford t2 facing up. the w210 bodys were built like jello so that rattle was just too unbearable. i did 1 15 rockford t2 ported facing the hatch to stop the roof. it kinda did bass sounded great, nice and punch and drop. then i got curious and did 2 12 lanzars in a sub up port back enclosure. low traveling bass was insane also my punch was great. after they broke into my car and stole them im working on doing 2 18 FI BTL ufos in there now while trying to keep my backseat functional. lets see how that goes good luck on your build

Cool wagons rule!

I did subs up port passenger, subs up port driver, subs and port back, subs up port forward, and overall had the best luck with subs up port back. Just my .02...

If your trying to strickly go for spl there's 2 ways you probably want to try...the one that always did good for me was subs up port back... 91 accord wagon 2 mt 18s 5k 157.6 @40hz world finals 03... you may want to play with pushing the box all the way forward as allowable..and running the port externally to the back...also maybe do a box subs firing to the side/port back... another subs up on meter side/external port towards driver side.... there's alot of variations in hatch, suv, wagons that's can make a world of difference.... first thing is dialing in yer peak freq and going from there...

Good luck
